This IS
the paint that Joan picked out for the trim, but then she went away while
it was being done, you might imagine that her hubby might have said something
- but guess what he's COLOURBLIND!! So he had NO idea it was this bright
purple colour!! It was SUPPOSED to be the same colour as the awning !!
So it is being redone (at a cost of $450 !!

now the BOTTOM three are after
the REPAINT - Her Home Assoc would NOT
approve the trim being repainted the colour of the awning in the Top Middle
photo, went lighter by 3 shades resulting in the above - Personally given
my choice I prefer the Top row to the bottom row!!
